you've said, "no swing trades", twice this morning, I dont think its a good idea to try to influence people like that, if people had been swing trading this stock most wouldnt be stuck in the .01 to .03 range, and for now, this is at best a swing trade, if it channels between .005 and .01 people can make some money on it, also the company has to earn loyalty for people to be long on the stock, they have destroyed a lot of that in the past few months, that being said, it still looks like a good trade.

We're getting audited financials as of which balance sheet date?

I would venture to guess that if they are truly going to release audited statements, it would be as of 12/31/2007 or 12/31/2008.

the 12/31/2007 ststements won't prove shorting at all, and 12/31/2008 statements will be way too late.


Either way, the audited statements are worthless to the shareholders.
