Yes it could, but I don;t think it will. It will trade between .02 & .03 until news with you occasional run-ups or downs.

Then news sets the true direction.

This could easily run back up to .05's like it has a couple of times with no news. Testing the .01's again prediction is not the result of a clear thinking investor.
