If my crystal ball is correct (as it has been), here's how I think it plays out:

Hoarizi goes private - our shares are worth nothing.

We get NAO shares - They are valued about where they are today.

IN the end, we own EFGO shares with a GLCC symbol...except they're worth about 1000 times less than they were when they were EFGO shares.
