Of course it is. It always has been. I posted because I got tired of seeing the ridiculous questions and conspiracies surrounding the trades.

Call your broker. They could call down to the floor and see if there is anyone willing to buy or sell. The prices just can't be quoted publicly, thus, a market can't be made. Nor can a "value" be placed on it.

Edit - Since I'm a freeboarder, I'll leverage this post to answer any questions on Grey sheets. The answer is that no one really knows and depends solely on YOUR broker and whoever is clearing the trades. There is no FINITE answer for grey sheet stocks.
