Ok here's what I learned because this happened to me on another name/symbol change deal.
When there is a name/symbol change brokerages have to exchange the share certs for new ones with new name. Some brokerages like etrd wait until they get the physical new certs back from TA before releasing and converting your shares to new symbol. Other brokers like Fidelity loan the new certs to their clients while they wait for TA to send them their new certs. Depends on the broker which way they do this. As a side note ETRD manager told me I could sell my shares before they got the new certs, I just had to call the order in to them so they could input it manually.
That PR about Ta records not matching up is probably what's causing the delay for some of your conversions.
