in all honesty i dont think you completely understand the things you are posting...

if it had been delisted from pinksheets it would have been trading as a grey sheet...

or it wouldnt have been trading at all...

and while i havent looked at a L2 screen lately i highly doubt we have a shortage of market makers to trade this stock...
