Cobra. NV has a tech that will work.

What evidence do you have to support that conclusion as you call it?
There is an over load of evidence to support there is no marketable tech if there even is a tech.

NV has been slow to deliver due to lack of funds.

Why do you think there is a lack of funds?

Your BS about Brad saying funding offers will hurt the shareholders is so full of it it takes the BS meter and pegs it so hard to the Brown line it's stuck!

If the last bit of funding was the best he could get what does that say about the tech being marketable?

Didn't even talk to Bills connection.
Why do you think that is so?
I'd have a field day in court with your conclusions.
You use the excuse lack of funds.
HUGE reason for that. Helllooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!

2004 has a better promise for funds than previous years.

Why is that?
Has the tech changed since that PR December 31st 2002 or was it 2003?
Still a concept.
Hard to raise cash for concepts.
If it was a marketable concept it would be funded.
If another equipment provider saw the so called tech and remember their PR said they were evaluating it.
They would say we can save company X $$$$ if it was marketable. You'd get funding.

I have found management to be honest with me.

You not catching Brad cheating on his golf score does not equate to honesty.

When they announced they were buying shares last fall, I assumed they were buying them with deferred comp money because it was exactly the same scenario as one year earlier.

So because they mislead the shareholders a year earliar you feel it's okay to do it again and the heck with the newbees or any longs who bought based on that lie.
Interesting!
No wonder you and JH good buddies!

People whom I feel are objective and with whom I can have a rational conversation.

The rest of the cult.

I don't have the time to keep arguing points with those who can't or won't see logic, or simply can never agree with the way I view the information.

You mean those who won't pump this criminal enterprise to newbees. I see your point there.

I agree with you there that can be tiring trying to convince someone after all these years it's now the SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH period that's holding up all that great news along with not being able to get funding for a ghost tech that isn't marketable!
You can't be talking about me as I just agreed with you!

Excel has turned off his truth detector when it comes to NV (IMO), and so he sees everything as a lie.

I must be the Howard Cosell of the NV message board.
I call-em as I see-em.
After all these years I see dung.

The short version is that he said Rich went out and promoted the heck out of it, and generated a ton of interest. When they came down to making it however, he said that it was too data intensive, and that it couldn't be profitable. He said that there was not a good business plan.

Jh only knows business plans that take a company through a reverse split and then not file but all along take care of the mossbacks with warrants that didn't go through the reverse split. LOL! Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!

Lets see now.
They make a business CD.
Put out the PR.
Opps!
All of a sudden like a STRIKE of lightening they make a HUGE discovery!
Only after getting countless phone calls on it and about the 4 other items in the PR they figured out it was to data intensive?
Or did it require them to actually work?
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
Yet they want to create a disruptive technology.
Gotcha! uh huh!

I post positive because I believe that Brad has done an admirable job over the last 18 months with what he has had to work with. Ray too.

I agree!
They have been able to pocket salaries for providing absolutely no shareholder value in return!

I challenge anyone!
I mean ANYONE!
To suck that much money in salaries and bonuses for providing nothing to do it better then them.

I think they stand alone in that catagory!
Excuse me, I forgot, JH stands proudly with them along with the other NV clowns!

Shareholder meeting at Step Into Liquir.
Right after happy hour!

Cobra, if the necessary funding can't be secured by NVEI, how realistic is it to think they might consider selling the rights to the tech or merging with some company that has the wherewithall to develop the tech? Wouldn't that seem more reasonable than just "closing their doors"? Please PM me if you prefer.
