These message boards are for the pro and con discussion of the company.
The company can't sue me because I think they are mismanaged. It is a logical conclusion based on their own financial statements.
The company also can't sue me because I post that opinion on this board along with the reason why I believe it.
I am in, in no way interfereing with their business. People who go to Urgent care centers for treatment do not do say based on stock message board posts.
Now if you want to try and say that people are not buying based on what I am saying then I will say that those people have compared the good vs. the bad here and chosen not to invest whihc is their option.
Removing the bad and allowing post after post of nothing but "promising" events is called a one-sided conversation.
Negative sentiment is allowed here as it is factual and supported by ERUC's own filed financials with Pink Sheets. ERUC has gone from 20 million O/S to over 2 billion in just over a years time.

Even if you don't count Miller's 1 billion shares you still have 1 billion sold. Figure about 240 trading days since the reverse and add 1 billion shares to it and you get 4,166,666 shares sold each and every trading day over the entire period.
They have increased their A/S 2 or 3 times and are close to topping out again. There is absolutley no way you can make an arguement that I am impeding their ability to sell stock righty.
What would their O/S be by now if I wasn't here? Seems as if there are plenty of people buying these shares righty. LOL!!!!
I don't tell anybody to buy or sell. All I do is make sure they have the entire truth and not just the one-sided "this is positive news" portion.
I actually stated that those who compare all the posts here and buy are more likely to be longer term investors who won't flee on the first dip as they are fully aware of the problems the company is facing.
