No,a Reverse Split is usually reserved for companies that
have diluted their stock out of control,then want to
get more investors in by reducing the A/S,and O/S.

Then they dilute and repeat.

A Reverse Merger is one that takes a,"shell" company that trade
stock and merges with a company that doesn't. This is a cheaper,quicker way to get listed by the other company.

In CCMJ's case they are a,"pearl shell" and adding revenue from another established company will move this.

PS. There most likely will be a symbol change too.
