Perhaps at first, but, we just need to see that we can go with less and then a true level of diminshed usage is established.

I don't know but, anything that gives a sense of "control" into the hands of the people is a good thing.

but here is a good idea, all sports for kids should be cut to one practice a week and double the time and not have two prctices a week. cause then we play into the gas gods hand, and learn to buy your food on 1 trip a week not 3 or 4 trips to the grocery store. thats how you start this with smart driving.
