Went into a Walgreens outlet in upstate N Y . the attendant I spoke to knew nothing about the product but I found it in "as seen on TV ( though as seen on TV is not true). It was listed at 12.99 and I purchased one of the two on the shelf. At the check out, I was billed $9.99. I asked the clerk about the popularity of the product but was disappointed when she told me taht poeople are buying energy efficient products but did not have clue that this product has other properties. NOW WE KNOW WHY OUR STOCK IS GOING NOWHERE.What is our management doing to help us recover our losses here?
