The Pink Sheets designation is nice, but since information isn't verified for accuracy, it is of marginal true value. Obviously it's better to have than not to have, but I'm not scared off just because they don't ...yet.
I'd weigh the consequences of being wrong, against the current share price, and decide your tolerance.
Be as shame to miss the boat over a Pink Sheets designation that isn't gonna mean chit a few months from now anyhow. All the Best !
