#14149 RE: Ranb2khz #14141

Like I stated earlier, I'm not an expert on these things, but my guess on what they are doing here with the naked shorts on our stock is trying to continue driving down the price, but at this point the stock price is not reflecting the real value of the company. I believe they pushed the price down on the announcement of the A/S shares of 1.5 billion, factoring these in as diluted shares, which is what dropped the price already even though these new shares don't exist yet. After the shareholder vote I see the naked shorters actually push the price down a 2nd time and this time claiming it was dilutin to the share pool, kind of a double dip. At this time they will come in and try to buy these new shares at sub penny prices and then manipulate the stock back up to true value of the company, netting themselves hundreds of millions in profit from shares they never owned or existed. Long term the stock will recover and we should be fine, but I see some possible rocky waters unless there is some clear company guidance on the conversion of these newly created shares, meaning the company needs to state that only the company can buy these shares back at a premium. It all comes down to increasing revenue and share structure. Best bet is to hold in my opinion, and if we get extra shares released into the public at sub-penny prices, by all means, grab them as fast as you can get your hands on them, they should be extremely valuable once true company value is established.

Again, this is my take on things and only an opinion, I could be way off, others here that are more experienced should weigh inand offer their opinion of what they see down the road.
