I'm a school teacher don't do the fundamentals or cup and handle game!!!!!! This is what I know: Canada is our friendly neighbor!! They are the #er 1 provider to the USA with oil. The odds of being at war with them are nill. The world is in an energy crisis, EVEN if the USA drills offshore and in Alaska BQI's oil will sell to China or somebody else. BQI has the most land and I to believe like NYBOB that they have 20-30 billion barrels of oil. I'm sitting and waiting for a long time. The other oilsand companies are $30.00 to $115.00 per share. I also FEEL that Chris Hopkins could walk away and be a MULTI MILLIONAIRE right now and he hasn't!! but I know engineers and they are married to their work and when they set a goal they finish it. If he wanted to be greedy he would have already. So that's my take NO CUP AND HANDLE MUMBO JUMBO!!! just have a good street sense that OTHER oil producing Countries don't like us and CANADA DOES!!!
