johnny...weve debated in the past and i think everyone is entitled to thier opinion...and now several facts remian...that disturb me..

Basicly at the point this company and shareholders are hanging the value of the company on Atoll alone...as nothing outside that has worked out or produced revenue...so lets look at what we get with Atoll...

1)They gave guidance of 76 million in revenue for 2007..only to report 43 million.

2)employee count has gone from 222 people to 100

3)th JV with AEM and the move to the Izorsky Works never happened?

4)the 1st Q is 2.5 months late?..so we have no idea what the status of Atoll is..

5)In 2007 NNRFS portion of Atolls profit was 5.6 million$$...in the beging nnrf stated ATOLL's profits will be received in the form of quarterly cash dividends from ATOLL's operationsMarch 13, 2007 NR...NNRF recieved some 247K...so what happened to the other 5.25 million dollars?where is Atolls-NNRF accountibility to shareholders to what the money was spent on?

6)the way i see it,if Atoll was paying the dividend like NNRF stated they wouldn t need to riase money for these aquistions...

So if NNRF value is mearly Atoll then we are in trouble...as for the charts being right...well no company can survive millions of shares being blown into the market ...NNRF has gone from 3 million shares to 18 in a year...half of those disiminated by Richard Walls family that shouldn t have been sellable...couple that with missed guidance and the management not following thru what did we expect in the share price...
