Dr. Moro has in fact already told you he expects fo sign licenses for the ELISA test. It is ready right now to sell outstide the USA and as a "home brew" test in the USA. All he needs are distributors. If you believe that the test will sell, now is the time to buy the stock. Dr. Moro has stated that he expects to sell manual tests before an automated test is on the market.
