Once again, naked short selling has zero effect on the number of shares outstanding or the number of shares authorized.

Only management can dilute your equity stake in a corporation.

Purposly distorting this number by selling shares that do not exist is fraud.


Have you got a link to the website or data base that investors use to know what the new number of shares is. That is after the phantom shares have been sold into the market?
