Reading some of the early consumer reviews, it appears that consumers are not quite sure what to do with the NeoReader application. Is it possible that your team could post some instructions on the site for the users? Additionally, with a limited number of codes to scan, the utility is low (one person commented about it not being useful). For Comdex Spring 2007, we had developed some codes that pointed to useful info and popular mobile sites (i.e. weather, movies, the various airlines sites, etc.). If you could make a PDF of useful codes that an end user could download and put in their purse, pocket, etc. as “shortcuts”, they could at least start to scan these and get some utility from NeoReader. I know that they can bookmark the sites that they like on their iPhone; but they could look like they are way ahead of the world by demoing code scanning to their friends and relatives using this shortcut sheet and the NeoReader.
