I will use the same rhetoric as you then...LTDI did not make the claims of which you are speaking...this board did (with pics to boot)...the PR was not published with pics so we can not deduce which boats LTDI is talking about. The Midnight Express websight does not state that they sold to DHS...they just have pics (the same ones you are using in your signature) and it is linked a hyperlink called "government"---which they also spell out and state that you can contact them for their vendor number. so I would say that both are claiming the making of the boats or that neither are...You can not have it both ways though

Sure they do. They list themselves as govt contractors and actually have a pic of the updated 39 on their site. Orlando hjas never built a 39 though so the point is moot for discussions of LTDI. Orlando is FOS. Not only that, but rumors are swirling that Orlando is about to lose his 33 foot powerplay mold (he calls it a 35 because he put a 2 ft bracket on the back of it)

I don't see Midnight Express Power Boats www.midnightboats.com making any claims of sales to DHS.
