you got to remember these are the pinksheets, it doesnt take much to raise the a/s and they dont have to tell anybody, so you can't really count on that, if it was an otc stock that would be different.

Here ya go, ever since VERT, VFIN, MERRI ansd AUTO showed up here at .12 the stock has continued to tank and the OS has gone up.
