If they really end it, will be biggest BULL MARKET ever, one thing is sure, they changed the rules last year on the uptick rule, this year the rules can be rewritten again and actually with the removal of naked shorting and the reinstatement of uptick rule the field might become a little more level.
This would instill great confidence and would see money pour back to the market.
