First of all, this is a message board. Second of all, I held all my shares in this company until last week. How on earth could the SEC or anyone else prove that I was trying to profit from my posts, when in fact if anything I hurt myself. Give it a break. My conscious tells me to speak the truth or atleast what I believe to be the truth, regardless of the implications on myself.
If you didn't notice, Dr. Moro took the time to clarify, if not correct, certain things. Am I yelling "call the SEC" on him? Maybe I should? I made an investment decision on innaccurate public information provided by the company?
Getting back to your point, what I have repeatedly said is that the amended agreement shows ABT's disinterest and that as such it is "practically" a return or something to that effect. Show me a post where I said that ABT was not under contract. Find it please or stop accusing me of something I didn't do.
