I already asked about the poison pill at Agora. It is the second question after I asked about a take over by Inverness.

I can tell you right now about a poison pill. You should do your homework and read the Smithline loan contract. There is no poison pill and the contract prohibits it. You guys really surprise me at how little you really know about the company. When I invest I thoroughly research the stock and I still get had sometimes. If you don't do research, the odds are way against you. OK, you asked for it, here it is. Smithline wanted poison pills or anything similar GONE. Now, do you think that Smithline deal may jump out there and bite you? If you don't know this stuff, you are in over your head.

"(x) Application of Takeover Protections. The Company and its Board of Directors have taken all necessary action, if any, in order to render inapplicable any control share acquisition, business combination, poison pill (including any distribution under a rights agreement) or other similar anti-takeover provision under the Company's Certificate of Incorporation (or similar charter documents) or the laws of its state of incorporation that is or could become applicable to the Purchasers as a result of the Purchasers and the Company fulfilling their obligations or exercising their rights under the Transaction Documents, including without limitation as a result of the Company's issuance of the Securities and the Purchasers' ownership of the Securities. I would like to know how long their present funds can last given the present burn rate, and also how they expect to obtain additional funds until an adequate revenue stream is a reality.
