Check out DSL for a possible bounce back to 4.00. I personally have a home loan with these guys, and their banks are everywhere, and they're working like crazy to get their loan situations back to normal. California homebuying is on the upsing, and financials are also doing better. Here's chart:

New picks coming and some updates on the old, if one was to measure the % returned here since this young board was started, I bet it would be the best of the best on the net. Some good calls and insight from everyone.
