hhhmmmm, then why does the price keep moving up to .0002, if it was just dumping, then it would be just dumping and we would not have .0002 on the ask at all. the fact that it keeps coming back tells you that shares are being accumulated.

it could be profit taking. people that got in at .0001 are selling @ .0001 making a killing.
