here are some of the highlights in point form

-permit is in, some revisions were required and has been submitted, waiting for gov't to move on it

-mine construction (light construction) to begin in the spring, should show some sales by Q3 of 09

- mine startup costs are hopefully through State Bonds. But they are not excessive

-NI 43-101 completed, feasibility study completed, funding secured, waiting on da permit!!then maybe we bounce
