Funny, their home page says they are a Limited Liability Company, a totally different form of business organization.
Not significant perhaps, but very possibly indicative of
Mr. Berthold's "superior business acumen" or as I like to refer to him, the owner of a pet store whose phone is no longer in service.

And we know the web page has been updated in the last week. How hard is it to change LLC to INC.??

That's funny. BioVet is also registered in Delaware. I prefer Nevada because the info is free. Delaware charges $20 for detail info. We're going to have to pay close attention to which entity is what.
