marketbear, you missed the point COMPLETELY. Fan owned 53% of the o/s. Pappy 47%. That's 100% of the stock. They, the beneficial owners, cashed-out the QBID holders with less than 5 million QBID shares with 100 CPPC shares. The float is ENTIRELY comprised of the 53% Fan dumped into before leaving, the 47% Pappy is dumping, and the 100 share blocks of their shares in cash-out. That is the definition of "THINNLY TRADED & TIGHTLY HELD". Understand now? If you "bought in after it became CPPC", you bought Fan's shares. That was the point behind this apparent fraud.
