Lets see. A stock that just reversed split months ago to 6 million shares traded 1 and almost a quarter million shares today and went up a penny and a half to a point that is about one quarter of the post reverse split and you guys are excited? How many shares were added to the float today you bright guys? If anyone with money had checked this 14 cent a gallon fuel company out don't you think they would own the float? The best thing about this company is a bunch of you will get educated in a way that sticks. Funny how that otc listing just keeps having questions ain't it? If it is this hard to get to otc how does any company make it to the big boards? How can you have a 400% increase in os without one 8k or anything? How can you move up a board like that? What is this new share class in Germany? A way to sell even more shares without reporting to the os perhaps? A new share class comeon people.

Re: Cobal Chile S.A

Cobal Chile S.A. outline with relevant links:
Here is a partner that has a detailed history and expertise in waste management. They clearly have a history in containment liners. They've published their involvement with WTWO W2 Energy and they've independently acknowledged the deal; "The agreement [with W2 Energy] has just been signed. Source Cobal Chile S.A. It's pretty much in the bag.
===========================================================

The terms for this deal were published here:
"W2 Energy, as the technology partner, will retain 40% of the joint venture. W2 Energy will also receive a 2.5% royalty on synthetic diesel sales."

Cobal Chile S.A outside verification of this deal was published in a Bnamerica. Here are a few more excerpts of the one at start of this post Interview with Jorge Reyes, Research and development director, Cobal Chile

Interviews Water & Waste / Perspectives

Jorge Reyes Research and development director/Cobal Chile
By Eva Medalla

The agreement [with W2 Energy] has just been signed. But we would rather not mention where the plants will be built, as we are still in negotiations for the acquisition of the land.

In this project, we are talking about solid waste, and in both cases [with W2 Energy] they are solid waste, but we do not use the solid waste as such. Instead, we obtain from the waste the materials needed.

But, for instance, these two plants to be built with W2 Energy will produce 200b/day of fuel and 20MWh of electricity. The focus of these plants will probably be more towards the production of electricity rather than fuels, aside from the fact that 200b of fuel is a lot. But 20MWh is a huge amount, and it will be easy to enter that energy into any interconnected system, no matter which country it is generated in.

Re: political developments in Chile bolster Cobal Chile S.A efforts

Encouraging political developments in Chile. Cobal Chile S.A mentioned as one of the players.

Bachelet analyzes incentives for waste-to-energy plants - Chile
President Michelle Bachelet and a government committee are analyzing ways to encourage the installation of waste-to-energy facilities in Chile, an official from the presidential office told BNamericas. . . .

SIMILAR INITIATIVES

Chilean alternative fuels company Cobal is already working on the construction of a US$200mn waste-to-energy plant in capital Santiago, the firm's research and development director Jorge Reyes told BNamericas recently.

The facility will treat 1,500t/d of solid waste to produce about 91Ml/y of fuel, most likely synthetic diesel, and is slated to start operations in August or September 2009.

Cobal's headquarters are in Chile. The firm also has offices in Argentina, Guatemala and the US, and aims to build new plants throughout the Americas.

This should help bolster the effort for the WTWO W2 Energy / Cobal Chile S.A Joint Venture.

Nice spin. Thanks to me I can still read spanish. So, Cobal buys the plant from WTWO. Ping-Pong game as "purchase order" will generate an... "invoice". Cobal was supposed to get "as soon as the money arrives" from some stupid ready to give millions for ... conversion of... gold from dirt. Like 400 years old. ROTFLMAO. JMHO.
