Based on this picture re: the "puchased" vs. "rented" discussion, the overlay is temporary (and ill fitting), therefore would indicate a loaner/rental unit or a purchase for redeployment from a pool as Jonesie mentioned earlier. I was hoping that it was a permanent fixture for the t-mobile and Vodaphone shows.
