We've been through three different website. No matter what we do, somebody is not going to like it. I think nobody cared about the first one. The second was good, but could definitely be improved upon. This is much better. Let me grade them:

First one C-/D+
Second one B-
Third one B+

We do't need to waste manpower to redo the website again. We need to concentrate in generating visitors. A multi-part marketing program that can be implemented and tested in Seattle and adapted to the rest of the nation. But, because of our limited funds, we should concentrate in doing things around Seattle whenever possible. People tend to identify with local businesses and to spend with them. So unless the marketing project is specific to some other place like the one is Las Vegas, we should concentrate in doing things in Seattle.

It seems like it "should easily be able to get ten thousand paying users" in the Seattle area since it is a big company. Unfortunately no Seattle based dot com company has ever just picked up 10,000 paying customers. It is not that easy, it really isn't an overnight sort of thing. ReelTime would need a lot of money and time to get 10,000 people in the city of Seattle to sign-up as subscribers. It would be very difficult in any city. I agree with you that a grass roots campaign *could* be very successful. You have any ideas on a good grass root campaign for Seattle?
