If acquisitions are done w/o debentures.. this stock will be fine. BUT, if that dilluting bug comes out.. it will be difficult to dig out from. I'm in for 2 MM, so I can wait for things to shake out. The .0028 has a nice step shape to the chart. Uptrend is intact from a charting standpoint.
