ironman53, you forgot a couple of things,

800MM shares dumped will net Petey a mere $160k, not too much he can do w/that paltry amount to fund his operation/company/or whatever. Once those 800MM arrive, and saturate an already saturated stock (RVGD), then divide those shares (yours and mine and everyone else's) by 100.
