So you're saying this Chad Curtis was mentioned in all the litigation against SLJB?? I remember reading all the docs that Jim Bishop posted from the OSC, and I don't remember seeing his name in there... perhaps you could post a link to some documents that support this?

Also, MDOR is reporting, SLJB was a pinky scam extraordinaire. I fail to see the comparisons.

Also, I see you mention nothing about the executives who will be actually running the day to day operations, Joseph Glusic and Michael Boux.

I imagine their $131MM in contracts over 5 years is easy enough to verify with a call to national supply, right?

Frankly, this sounds like you have some sort of personal agenda with this Curtis fellow, rather than any sort of analysis of the company..

Perhaps you should contact General Director Ghyslain Goulet of CLD de la MRC de Memphrémagog, and see what their plans are in regard to any govt. subsidies.
