That wont stop dilution, it will make it easier, IMHO.

APOPHIS: R/S WONT HELP present shareholders, it will allow the corp to put out a load of new shrs to sell to new shrhldrs and dilute the heck out of the old shrhldrs, while the managers go off on their merry way giving themselves a batch of the new shrs for having been such ingenious boys and girls. Ive been thru it w other companies.
