Well, I do stand by my post:

"Mama, I understand that CPRK being more open may indeed create some flipping opportunities as I stated in my post. Thing is, there are quite a few people out there who do not sell all thier shares when they do flip.

Given that Mark appears to have ridden the company of dilution filled stock promotion plans, flipping opportunities should help eat up some of the new float. This would help the stock raise to higher levels when production starts, as more would be holding strong and in many cases free shares."

Now, if someone can point out how all the shares that the company put on the streets for the variuous promotions since the merger have actually benefited the average shareholder or the company, I am all ears. IMHO, it only helped some to flip and to increase our overall O/S.

I do admit the infomercial, if used to raise money by the company during that time, may have been beneficial. If the company did not, then imo, it was only worthless dilution and most likely should have been scheduled for release closer to the production stage to raise overall interest in the stock.

Of course, these are my opinions. With the lack of full disclosure from the company, opinions are exactly what we are left with. If you see this another way, we would all love to see your opinion on the promotions. Good for conversation and debate while we are waiting for production to hit.

El- for the record, any of my posts that have referenced "undesirable" past dealings of IBCD or CPRK did not include you. Sorry if that was implied....
