WorldlyMate - it is frustrating when you speak to the company and they say something is going to happen and it doesn't. I guess they must have planned on some minor delay because their amended filing on 3/20 extended the closing date on the deal from 3/15 to today (3/22).
Let's hope for good news and upward movement today.
