But if they are saying the PPS is worth more then the .05 offer why only offer .003 to share holders to convert why not offer what they feel the company is worth. See the big ?.

Does not make sense too say NO to a .05 offer buy claiming the stock is worth more. Then only to offer a .003 to convert. I say tell me who the individual was that offered the .05 and I will be glad to sell every share to them for .03
