I think you're correct, Neuro. The low volume tells me only one thing: that the trial results are being kept very close and there haven't been any leaks. Those who do know something are prevented from trading. Those folks holding the stock are not willing to sell until there is some kind of news...and likewise there are few buyers in the information vacuum.
From a technical point of view, there is an equal chance of the stock price breaking to the top or the bottom. I don't think there has been sufficient volume for money flow or moving averages to have any significance. We simply have to wait.
