I believe Dr Moro is now getting all of his ducks in a row on just what he can and cannot say about our intact licensing agreement. There are obviously areas in the licensing agreement which are to be kept confidential, so he may be limited on what he says, but it will certainly end your contrived theory about Abbott returning the licensing agreement. According management no such thing has occurred, so get that apology ready.
