Do you really think management is oblivious to the financial needs of the company? Some things like work reductions and suspension of projects are best not discussed unless the action is needed. Management may not want to show all their cards... and IMO it is not in the best interest of shareholders to do so. Regards.

I find myself the apologist, but it may be bad
form to announce a plan until all parties are comfortable
with the provisions.

I have a plan is empty, stating the plan may be
premature, not good form. The plan may have prongs
and may be complicated and dependant on happenings.

Both boards try to second guess Cox,
however it’s a game, no one here really knows
anything about the inside maneuverings.

There is no indication that GTC is in panic mode,
that is the statement that there is a plan.

Things can go wrong, you bet, plenty!
They have gone wrong in the past but I believe
GTC is on the right track and there is a plan
or plans.
