Perhaps 'pump and dump' was overstating it since it implies fraud. I'm not saying that has occurred here. Still, this quickly ran up to cent on a lot of exuberance and hype and this morning it hit .002 again which ruined all hopeful signs we saw on the chart. Dashed hopes are nothing unusual. That's par for the course with the vast majority of penny stocks.
Will we see .0009 before seeing the cent again? We'll see.
