There are two different kinds of investors. Those who use fundamental analysis and those who use technical analysis. For some reason only a very small percentage decide to merge the two. I use both but often buy a stock when the fundamentals are bad or non-existent. Then I'll hold until the fundamentals change one way or the other. A lot of investors choose to wait for confirmation of a fundamental change from SEC Filings and/or Press Releases. There is certainly more upside with QTEK as the recent announcements become items on the balance sheet but using T/A, we were able to get in very early in the race and now the fundamental investors are trying to catch up.
