People who come to Canada kind of migrate to the big cities like Toronto. TO is a melting pot of cultures from all over the world. LA has the same flavour, except that everybody must become an "American". A different approach. But each city is progressive and transient. TO is the #2 or #3 place for shooting movies, kind of interesting. They call it "Hollywood North". NY is the other. Vancouver has a large Asian population. They would love to language translation.
