So Elliot, how will you/we benefit from the actions of YA? The own EVERYTHING!!!!
You cant tell me that NEOM couldn't have gotten a better deal going elsewhere for funding from the get go. Why did they choose to go with YA?? It surely was not because of the great deals they were getting from YA, so why did they go with YA??

we could have owned the company Elliot if shareholders were given the same deal. It wasn't a level playing field. They got a high interest rate and shares at wholesale prices.
