That aerial shot of Magog really brings it on home for me right next to a rubber manufacturer, gotta be good for the bottom line! The NAFTA rail corridor in the back yard, the FUTURE TPE plant practically next door to that , but the real kicker is the TPE technology and patents I agree. Have to say you cottoned on to the true potential long before me, I was seriously uninspired and ready to sell LOL!
Seeing more and more evidence of the real mccoy helps make an informed decision especially the TPE plant potential makes believing much easier, thanks Mak much appreciated.
