Yes, as a matter of fact it is located in Huston Texas, and Texas is a state in the United States of America, Now with that being said, where does it say anything about BLDV? I live in the United States, but I am not in the state of Texas. So again, the key word here is, Substance. You have again confirmed that the Only substance in BLDV is rumor and innuendo, is it that hard to find Substance? Yes it is in my opinion, because there is none. Scam Companies and dishonest CEO's like Mr. Moaning and his company BLDV is; it becomes impossible to show Proof with any substance. It is also like having all those Copyrighted Icons in the IBOX on the BLDV board, Empty substance, So far none of the companies that are being brandished with the company Logo's has stated there are any connections with a company Blue Diamond Ventures. They also cautioned me that I was not allowed to use their registered trademark without written authorization.
