Whoever wrote that article is ignorant. It is full of false statements and misleading analysis.

Penny stocks traded in 64ths and even in 128ths prior to decimalization, btw, and stocks were often quoted at no bid then if there was not enough interest in the issue.

MMs do not intentionally crush a pink sheet penny POS down to no bid. The company itself usually accomplishes this by issuing billions of shares of stock that find their way to the market through discounted REG D 504 offerings or other discount to market stock issuance methods. This company has five trillion in the authorized. Have you ever asked yourself why any company would have a ceiling of five trillion shares? lol.

The company is incorporated in Wyoming. Wyoming allows it to change its authorized to any amount it wants with no prior notice to its shareholders. Legit public companies do not choose Wyoming for their corporate domocile. Shareholders can wake up on any given day and find this company with 150 trillion shares available if the company feels like doing it. Wyoming is a haven for penny stock scams like this one, AMHD and other sub penny junk.

Samone,The buy back by the company halted all cellar boxing, as the MM's lost control of the volume and the BID.

Control was transfered to the company and investors, the higher the BID goes, the less chance of cellar boxing.

Samone

In short, when a company is showing 5 trillion AS, I don't think you need to worry about an MM "naked shorting", boxing or whatever. The chances of getting hammered with a continuous onslaught of shares is tremendous.
