They probably owed a $17,000 payment to their CD financers. They paid them in an amount of shares that equaled that much, and the CD financers sold at market. This is all just a guess on my part but it does not bother me a bit. Most companies do it, and if its only 17 grand worth, the O/S should still be low and the potential for a ten or twenty bagger run still exists. Right now the authorized shares is 5 billion. My guess is we are at about 750 million outstanding now which means we have a very long way before a reverse split would have to be considered to authorize more shares. That is a very good thing because we do not want a r/s anouncement.
All we need now is the right news, a little momo, and a lot of volume, and this will fly.
