As for getting a "check", the employees would have to do what KREN is doing with Defrank, a constructive trust. "QBID" is just a stock ticker. The company, TMM, per the WA SoS, had a name change to Cinemax and then to Circa. A constructive trust follows the money. The problem is, QTN owes TMM $31.6 million and there is a judgment QTN must satisfy to Firestone that is accruing interest daily as well. Gouveia tried his ASSET RECOVERY scam to get the $31 million from QTN and got blocked by the court. Gouveia & Fan just liquidated Fan's 53% to get some fast cash. The employees won't be as lucky. Their saviour, Frank Hagan, joined forces with Pappy on the dark side. ;0)
